If you want to lose weight, then the diet plan of yoga guru Baba Ramdev, their yoga and weight loss medicines prove to be very effective.


Take green vegetables, sprouts and protein-rich diets.


Avoid fat and sweet things. Drink hot water whenever thirsty. Reduce the amount of carbohydrate and do not consume fried or oiled substances.


Drink gourd juice daily in the morning. Keep in mind that gourd should not be bitter.

Run every morning or evening: If you are young, run daily or swim. If you can not do this, go for 10-15 minutes daily. It will burn fat accumulated in the body and blood circulation will increase.


Surya Namaskar: Surya Namaskar with jogging every morning. This will reduce the fat around the stomach faster.

How to do kapalabhati pranayama?


First of all, keep in mind that the place where you are doing pranayama is clean and calm. Take a seat and sit down in the Padmasan or on the pilot.


Keep your eyes closed and make yoga posture. Your spine and neck should be straightforward.


Let the body relax and leave the stomach loose. The palm should be towards the sky.

After this you have to breathe in and try to mix the navel with the spinal cord. Similarly, breathe in at least 20 times faster. Let this process run until you're tired.


When you are tired, wait a little while and then do this process again. Do it at least twice and daily.


How to do Ujjayya Pranayama?

First sit in Sukhsanan. Breathe the nose by keeping the mouth closed

Pull the breath in until the air is completely filled up in your lungs. After this, hold the breath for a while.


Quit the right holes (sun tone) of the nose and slowly release the breath away from the left pore (moonlight).

When breathing and leaving, the sound of snoring should get out from the throat.

Practice this activity with the first 5 times and increase it to 20 times.

How to do handicap

First of all, join both the legs and stand straight and alert. After that, straighten the two hands with the ears straightening upwards.


Bring the hands up and breathe in. Then keep your hands straight and bend forward.

Stretch your palms with your feet either on the ground or catch your ankles.


In this process your knees should not bend. Hold the ankles and knees the head. Initially, knead the head with knees for 15 seconds.


Then stand hands straightened Wait a few seconds and then resend.
